Evening Supervisor

About the role

The Evening Supervisor will lead the store team during the evening shift, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. This full‑time role combines people management with hands‑on store duties.

Key responsibilities

• Live the Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
• Be approachable and act as a role model, leading by example and fostering teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Liaise with day‑time managers and supervisors on layout changes and ensure correct implementation.
• Set standards for product rotation, merchandising and shelf facing.
• Assist in the induction, training and development of new employees.
• Handle all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer‑service facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to multitask under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills, including delegating responsibilities and supporting team members.
