Evening Supervisor – Retail Store

About the role

As an Evening Supervisor you will lead the store team during the evening shift, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for motivating staff, maintaining store standards, and handling customer enquiries efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying Centra’s brand values of pride, energy, imagination and community focus.
• Coordinate with day‑time managers on layout changes and ensure proper implementation.
• Oversee product rotation, merchandising, and shelf‑facing to meet visual standards.
• Support the induction, training and development of new employees.
• Address customer queries professionally and in line with store policy.
• Embrace new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Capable of multitasking under pressure and delegating responsibilities.
• Organised, proactive and supportive of team members.
