About the role
The Executive Assistant will support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of priorities, communication, and administration. This role requires a highly professional, discreet individual who can manage confidential matters with sound judgement.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organise the General Manager’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare documentation, reports, presentations, and correspondence for business activities.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft professional emails, letters, internal communications, and other documents.
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, reporting and general financial administration.
- Maintain accurate records, files and confidential business documentation.
- Research, prioritise and follow up on matters requiring the General Manager’s attention.
- Support recruitment administration and hiring activities.
- Coordinate projects, events, meetings and business initiatives.
- Provide holiday cover and general administrative support as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and flexibility.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all business levels.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
