Executive Experiences & Operations Manager

About the role

MongoDB is seeking a Manager, Executive Experiences & Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the Strategic Executive Experiences team within Marketing. Based in Dublin and working in a hybrid model, you will own the infrastructure that enables high‑visibility executive‑facing programs to scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain attendee management platforms, registration processes, and program governance for executive‑facing and internal programs.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, trackers, and standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent, scalable execution.
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and cross‑functional synergy across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Travel, Communications, and external vendors.
• Manage end‑to‑end registration platforms, participant databases, dashboards, and communication workflows.
• Coordinate event communications, maintain event microsites, and oversee invitation approvals.
• Identify operational risks, proactively escalate issues, and support procurement, contract routing, vendor onboarding, and budget tracking.
• Provide hands‑on support during live events, including attendee services, run‑of‑show documentation, and onsite issue resolution.
• Support post‑event reporting, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
