About the role
The Executive Operations Coordinator will support the operational workflow of the Foundation, working closely with the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and, when required, the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. This permanent, full‑time position demands a high level of professionalism, discretion and initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive coordination and senior administrative support to the COO and senior leadership team.
- Manage the preparation, circulation and follow‑up of agendas, reports, meeting documentation and minutes for Senior Leadership Team meetings.
- Lead coordination of organisational projects, initiatives and strategic workstreams, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Support implementation of organisational priorities and maintain systems that enhance effectiveness.
- Handle communication for the COO’s office and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification and proven experience in executive coordination or senior administrative support.
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with high professionalism and discretion.
- Strong initiative and a proactive approach to improving processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ICT systems and digital tools to support operational efficiency.
- Strong digital competency across a range of platforms.
