Experienced Legal Executive – Real Estate (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join the Real Estate team of a leading Dublin law firm. You will manage residential sales conveyancing from start to finish, ensuring smooth transactions and high client satisfaction in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales files from initiation through completion of the sales process.
• Compile title booklets and accompanying documents for each sale.
• Liaise with clients and agents to gather information required for title packs.
• Draft and issue contracts to purchasers' solicitors.
• Respond to queries and requisitions raised by purchasers' solicitors.
• Coordinate and conduct completions and closings.
• Maintain sales progress trackers and provide regular client updates.
• Prepare MUD documents in connection with OMCs and manage Help to Buy scheme requirements.
• Prepare registration documentation for the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry and resolve related queries.
• Handle post‑completion matters, including outstanding undertakings.
• Undertake additional administrative and ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a legal executive in conveyancing, preferably residential.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and a positive team‑oriented attitude.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Discretion in handling confidential matters and excellent communication skills.
