Legal Executive

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced, internationally respected full‑service law firm in Dublin. The firm advises financial institutions, private investment funds, receivers, asset managers and private clients on property and insolvency matters. The Legal Executive will support File Handlers, partners and solicitors in a fast‑paced environment, handling delegated tasks to progress cases.

Key responsibilities

• Draft loan agreements, security documents, corporate certificates and board minutes.
• Register security with CORE and prepare contracts for sale, deeds and declarations.
• Prepare and file documents with the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry, including stamping.
• Collate reports and trackers to keep clients updated on transaction status.
• Assist in transaction completions and liaise with clients, agents and banks.
• Perform other administrative tasks and ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years experience in a legal environment, preferably property or real‑estate finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong grammar and punctuation.
• Enthusiastic, resilient and ambitious with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.

Required skills

• High competence in the Microsoft Office suite.

What we offer

• Permanent, full‑time contract (37.5 hours per week).
