Field Marketing Manager – UK & Ireland

About the role

Rippling is seeking a senior Field Marketing Manager to own and execute its events‑led marketing strategy across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will design and deliver a calendar of high‑impact experiences that raise brand awareness, generate pipeline and deepen relationships with key prospects and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the end‑to‑end UKI events strategy, including tradeshows, corporate events, executive dinners, roundtables and community programmes.
• Lead large‑scale tradeshow participation, overseeing booth design, sponsorship activations and on‑site sales enablement.
• Design and deliver high‑touch executive experiences targeting C‑suite and senior decision‑makers at strategic accounts.
• Build a recurring community events programme that engages Rippling’s ideal customer profile.
• Travel across the UK and wider Europe (≈20‑25%) to ensure flawless on‑the‑ground execution.
• Partner with senior sales leadership to align events with commercial priorities and account‑based targeting.
• Provide sales teams with briefings, talking points and follow‑up frameworks to convert event engagement into pipeline.
• Manage all event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor management, budget ownership and contract negotiation.
• Report on events ROI and pipeline contribution in business reviews.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer with a proven track record of delivering ambitious, B2B event programmes.
• Comfortable engaging senior audiences at scale and translating commercial goals into compelling field‑marketing moments.
• Strong partnership mindset, able to work closely with sales, demand‑generation and cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe.
