Field Project and Operations Manager

About the role

A global provider of specialised industrial services is looking for a Field Project and Operations Manager based in Dublin. The role supervises field crews and office operations so that projects succeed safely, in compliance with regulations and to the client's satisfaction. The advertised salary is between 60,000 and 80,000 euros per year, plus bonus incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field crews including technicians, foremen and site leads
• Carry out daily site inspections to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance
• Maintain project schedules, inventories and documentation
• Give clients regular updates and progress reports
• Oversee specialised tasks such as confined space entry and equipment inspections
• Manage office functions including documentation, logistics and personnel records
• Support hiring, onboarding, crew development and HR compliance
• Act as liaison between field teams and management

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in field services, industrial settings or construction
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Certifications including General Industry Safety Training, First Aid, Confined Space, Scaffolding, Swing Stage and a valid driver's licence
• Willingness to travel across Europe for consecutive weeks to visit customer sites
