Field Service Engineer – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support Landa’s Nanographic Printing presses across Europe. The successful candidate will work directly with customers, providing on‑site technical assistance, training operators and ensuring high levels of press productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical support and training to press operators, resolving issues quickly.
• Escalate complex problems to Landa’s global support teams to guarantee effective resolution.
• Apply deep technical knowledge of Nanographic presses to optimise production output and productivity.
• Travel to customer sites up to 60‑70% of the time, including overnight trips.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of product support experience in the graphic arts industry, preferably with digital printers or offset presses.
• Valid driving licence and ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a “can‑do” attitude when dealing with global customers.
• Self‑motivated, able to learn independently and perform under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with inkjet systems (advantageous).
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities for complex press equipment.
