About the role

Landa is looking for a Field Service Engineer to deliver first‑class technical support for its Nanographic Printing presses. You will work directly with customers, ensuring optimal press performance and strengthening long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

Transfer technical knowledge to press operators and resolve on‑site technical issues.
Escalate complex problems to Landa’s worldwide teams for effective treatment.
Apply technical expertise to maximise press production and productivity.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience in product support for digital printers or offset presses within the graphic‑arts industry.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel 60‑70 % of the time, including overnight trips.
Ability to work under remote supervision, handle pressure and communicate clearly in English.

Required skills

Inkjet system expertise (end‑to‑end).
Knowledge of digital printing and offset press technology.
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem‑solving abilities.
