Finance Analyst – Contract Management Senior Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Analyst to act as a Contract Management Senior Analyst within a high‑performing, global finance team. You will be the subject‑matter expert for rebate and commission processes, supporting multiple entities and business units across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of rebate and commission agreements, from setup to settlement.
• Ensure accuracy of accruals and financial reporting related to rebates and commissions.
• Maintain timely, compliant payments and settlements.
• Implement strong process controls, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Standardise procedures across entities to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Sales teams worldwide to align commercial agreements with system data and company policies.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified accountant (or equivalent).
• 3‑4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience managing rebate or commission processes is an advantage.
• Strong systems experience and analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and continuous improvement.
