Finance Analyst – Global Investment Manager (Dublin)

About the role

This is a newly created Finance Analyst position within a fast‑growing global investment manager that is expanding its Dublin office. You will join a high‑calibre platform with exposure to multiple asset classes and work closely with front‑office, operations and global finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse fund performance, allocations and NAV on a regular basis.
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting for a range of alternative investment strategies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm to support decision‑making.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of finance processes, not just their maintenance.
• Provide insight into complex, multi‑asset strategies and product performance.

Required profile

• Experience or exposure to hedge funds, private equity or other alternative assets is preferred.
• Big 4 training or a qualified accountant background is strongly valued but not mandatory.
• Strong product knowledge, particularly in fixed income or derivatives, is a plus.
• Commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
