Finance Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Associate for an 8‑week contract based in Dublin. The role involves managing the Return to Vendor (RTV) process for goods destined for resale, working closely with suppliers, supply‑chain teams and internal stakeholders. You will operate in a fast‑paced environment, balancing routine tasks with urgent, legally‑driven RTV orders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the Return to Vendor process for goods intended for resale.
• Maintain and update Return to Vendor requests and trackers for full visibility.
• Conduct regular calls with stakeholders to discuss RTV requests.
• Prepare and calculate actual costs to be recovered from suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers and supply‑chain teams to release stock out of the business.
• Execute urgent RTV orders arising from ethical, legal, or compliance circumstances.
• Build and improve relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple functions.

Required profile

• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
