About the role
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a leading organisation in North Dublin. The role will support senior leadership with financial insight, budgeting, forecasting and strategic analysis, while working in a flexible hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and regular forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and monitor key performance indicators.
- Develop business cases for investments and contribute to strategic planning.
- Liaise with senior leaders to provide financial guidance and support decision‑making.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Self‑starter with ambition and a proactive attitude.
