About the role
We are seeking a Part‑Qualified Accountant to join a leading Irish business as a Finance Business Partner. Based in Dublin West, you will work closely with senior operational leaders, providing financial insight that drives commercial decisions and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders, delivering clear analysis for decision‑making.
- Own month‑end close activities, including profit & loss and balance‑sheet analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve margins, performance and processes.
- Challenge and influence key commercial decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting, processes and systems.
Required profile
- Part‑Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Experience in a commercial finance or business‑partnering role.
- Strong business acumen with confidence to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical, detail‑focused and commercially curious.
- Experience in an operational or services environment is a strong advantage.
