Finance Director – Crypto Asset Services

About the role

Push Virtual Assets Ireland, a regulated crypto‑asset service provider under MiCAR, is seeking an experienced finance leader to act as Head of Finance. Reporting to the CEO of Push Ireland and the group CFO, you will shape financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a scalable finance infrastructure across the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance team, managing financial risks, FX exposure, fiat and crypto‑asset liquidity, and daily cash flows.
• Oversee treasury policies, processes, and controls to optimise asset utilisation and mitigate risk.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulators.
• Ensure timely, accurate regulatory reporting and compliance with MiCAR prudential requirements.
• Direct capital allocation, funding strategies, and financial planning, budgeting, modelling, and forecasting.
• Supervise local accounting, tax, and product‑specific financial reporting.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably within regulated financial or crypto‑asset environments.
• Deep knowledge of MiCAR, Central Bank of Ireland expectations, and prudential compliance.
• Strong ability to influence strategy, build governance frameworks, and partner with product teams.
