Finance Manager – Remote (Ireland)

About the role
Electica is seeking a Finance Manager to join its fully remote team in Ireland. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and CFO to build a world‑class finance function that supports progressive political and advocacy campaigns worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end financial management and reporting, including corporate accounting, tax filings, regulatory reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage all accounting operations: billing, accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, inter‑company balances, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost of sales analysis, and client profitability reporting.
- Develop and document internal control policies and procedures.
- Run the full payroll process, including PAYE, pension contributions and related reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis and coordinate year‑end audit activities.
- Support financial planning & analysis, preparing budgets, forecasts and ad‑hoc financial analyses.
Required profile
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles with responsibility for full‑cycle accounting and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Irish (and UK) tax, regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Hands‑on attitude with the ability to design and improve finance processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
