Financial Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Accountant to join a fast‑growing international SaaS technology company in Dublin. This hands‑on position will own month‑end reporting, management accounts, billing, cash‑flow forecasting, payroll coordination and statutory reporting across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end management accounts and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Manage customer billing and order‑to‑cash processes.
• Maintain cash‑flow forecasts and recurring revenue reporting.
• Coordinate global payroll and pension processes.
• Prepare VAT returns and other statutory submissions.
• Drive process improvements through automation, ERP optimisation and AI tools.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within a SaaS or technology business.
• Strong experience with month‑end close, reconciliations and billing processes.
• Excellent Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Commercially minded, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Passionate about improving finance processes through technology and AI.
