Financial Accountant – Property & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Accountant to support a growing organisation in the property and real‑estate sector. The role will involve working across a portfolio of development, investment and operational projects within a multi‑entity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end close and management accounts.
• Produce financial reports for multiple special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
• Manage loan reporting and ensure covenant compliance.
• Handle VAT and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support audits, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with at least 1 year post‑qualification experience, or part‑qualified with 3‑4 years relevant experience.
• Experience in property development, construction or funds is advantageous.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
