Financial Accountant – West Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join our high‑performing finance team in West Dublin. Working in a hybrid environment, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and supporting audits across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close activities, including journal postings and reconciliations.
• Prepare and present management reports and consolidated financial statements.
• Conduct cash‑flow analysis and support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Assist with statutory audit requirements and provide audit support.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams and senior management to deliver financial insights and variance analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes and finance systems.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified (or nearing qualification).
• Relevant industry experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
