Financial Analysis Associate

About the role

This high‑visibility position sits within a leading global financial services organisation’s Dublin finance team. The Financial Analysis Associate will support financial planning, performance analysis and decision‑support activities while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyse revenue, expenses and key business metrics.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and conduct business analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to aid decision‑making.
• Assist with business cases, investment analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider organisation.
• Contribute to process improvement and reporting enhancements.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Experience in Transaction Advisory, Deals Advisory, FP&A or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting or business planning activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services experience advantageous but not essential.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and eager to develop within a high‑performing team.
