Financial Controller – Dublin Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Financial Controller to join a fast‑growing, well‑capitalised Irish property group in Dublin. The role offers high impact across a diverse portfolio of residential, mixed‑use, hospitality and commercial assets, providing exposure to group reporting, project finance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts for multiple entities.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, control and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management processes.
• Manage year‑end audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Support ongoing investment, financing and development activities.
• Drive continuous improvements across systems, controls and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent), preferably trained in a Top‑10 firm.
• 5+ years post‑qualification experience, ideally with exposure to real‑estate investment, development or multi‑entity environments.
• Strong technical accounting and group financial reporting expertise.
• Commercially aware with the ability to engage non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a wider finance team.
