About the role
This newly created Finance Leader position will head all finance operations for a private‑equity backed firm specialising in alternative investments. The role is based in Ireland and offers the opportunity to shape the financial function across a broad range of activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire Irish finance function, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee accounting, tax, budgeting and financial reporting for the organisation.
- Provide financial oversight for investments, special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and fund structures.
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and reporting frameworks.
Required profile
- Fully qualified accountant with relevant post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated exposure to investment‑related finance, including SPVs and funds.
- Broad experience across accounting principles, tax, budgeting and reporting.
