Financial Controller

About the role

Eurotas Ltd is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Financial Controller to lead all financial operations of a corporate finance and real estate investment firm. This senior leadership position will act as a strategic partner to senior management and fund stakeholders, overseeing finance, reporting, compliance and treasury across a complex property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function across all business activities, investment vehicles and operating entities.
• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with fund objectives and business plans.
• Provide strategic advice on performance, risk, investment opportunities and capital allocation.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage consolidated reporting across SPVs, holding structures and property‑level entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP or relevant local GAAP.
• Lead fund reporting, including NAV calculations, performance metrics, waterfall and investor reporting.
• Monitor property portfolio performance, cash flow, yields, IRR and valuation assumptions.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and capex initiatives with financial analysis and modelling.
• Drive budgeting, rolling forecasts and long‑term financial planning.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in real estate finance, fund reporting and multi‑jurisdictional property operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing finance teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of strategic financial advisory.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior leadership, investors and lenders.
