Financial Planning & Analysis Lead (Manager) – French Speaking

About the role

The Finance & Strategy team at Salesforce is looking for a French‑speaking Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to act as a key business partner for the Go‑To‑Market organisation in France. You will provide finance‑driven decision support, help shape the annual and long‑range strategic plan, and use proactive analytics to accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to communicate business results and drive growth.
• Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting for the France GTM organisation.
• Manage headcount and operating expenses, identifying cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Develop and track metrics, KPIs, and leading/lagging indicators tied to top‑line performance.
• Provide executives with clear insights into growth drivers and define key success metrics.
• Deep‑dive on business investments to assess productivity, cost‑to‑book/serve, and ROI.
• Build and maintain long‑term financial models to evaluate new investments and support prioritisation by role, segment, and geography.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations for Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with experience advising senior leadership.
• Curiosity for AI and emerging technologies and their application to finance.
• Proven ability to influence decision‑making through insightful financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
