Financial Services & Employee Benefits Consultant

About the role

Gallagher is seeking a Financial Services & Employee Benefits Consultant to support individual and corporate clients across Ireland. You will help clients navigate pensions, investments, protection and employee benefits, delivering tailored advice that enhances their financial wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of client financial goals and employee benefits requirements.
• Develop and present customised recommendations for pensions, investments, protection and group risk arrangements.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new business through networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with accountants, solicitors and other professional contacts to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide coaching and guidance to referrers, helping them recognise appropriate solutions for their clients.

Required profile

• Experience working with individual and corporate clients on financial services and employee benefits.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to analyse financial data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, balancing office presence with remote work.
