Financial Services Tax Partner – FATCA, CRS & AEOI

About the role

Join a leading global professional services firm as a Financial Services Tax Partner, focusing on FATCA, CRS and AEOI compliance for financial services and corporate clients across Ireland. You will lead high‑profile engagements, shape governance frameworks and become the first point of contact for clients when regulatory deadlines shift.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on FATCA/CRS obligations and develop compliance strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end FATCA/CRS reporting and due‑diligence projects, including data interpretation and validation.
• Design and review compliance frameworks, readiness assessments, and governance/risk controls.
• Support audit queries and regulatory interactions with clear, technical responses.
• Produce technical updates, client communications and contribute to business development.
• Coach junior colleagues and drive internal knowledge‑sharing.

Required profile

• Professional qualification: ACA, CTA (AITI) or equivalent, plus a relevant degree (Accounting, Finance, Law or similar).
• Strong experience in tax advisory or financial services with solid exposure to FATCA, CRS and AEOI.
• Deep technical understanding of Irish Revenue and OECD reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders and build long‑term client relationships.
• Tax technology or automation experience is a plus.
