FinCrime Auditor – Internal Audit

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Auditor to support financial crime regulatory audits at Revolut. The role will own the development and execution of audit programmes covering FinCrime risk management, KYC, due diligence, transaction monitoring and sanctions screening.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit programmes in line with internal policies, methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage data analytics to assess risks, test controls and provide insights to the business.
• Identify relevant risks and regulatory requirements to define audit scope.
• Communicate findings with business unit management and produce audit reports with root‑cause analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimise processes, internal controls and compliance.
• Conduct follow‑up reviews of identified deficiencies and monitor audit progress against timelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge through research and required training.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional FinCrime experience in an audit‑related role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of FinCrime topics such as fraud, KYC, KYB, customer risk assessments, transaction monitoring, SARs and sanctions.
• Good understanding of the current regulatory landscape, including EU money‑laundering directives and relevant French regulations.
