Fleet Operations Specialist

About the role

The Fleet Operations Specialist will support the day‑to‑day management of vehicle breakdowns, servicing and customer communication, ensuring minimal downtime across a large fleet. The role is ideal for candidates with experience in motor dealerships, garages or fleet operations who enjoy solving problems for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vehicle off‑road cases and minimise downtime.
• Act as the main contact for drivers and clients during breakdowns or servicing.
• Coordinate service bookings, repairs and vehicle queries.
• Liaise with garages and service providers to resolve issues.
• Provide advice on general vehicle care.
• Keep customers updated with clear, timely communication.
• Update internal systems and track vehicle activity.
• Support team targets and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in transport, logistics or a motor‑related environment (e.g., dealership, garage, car rental, leasing).
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making ability.
• IT proficiency with MS Office and internal systems.
• Desirable: Mechanical qualification.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Salary €38,000 – €42,000 DOE.
