Folding/Setting Operator

About the role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Folding/Setting Operator to join our manufacturing team in Castlebar. The role works on a 2‑cycle rotating shift pattern, supporting the production of high‑quality labels.
Key responsibilities
- Operate various format folding machines.
- Perform machine change‑overs and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with different glue systems across machines.
- Follow safety procedures and quality SOPs.
- Ensure customer specifications are consistently met.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy.
- Effective communication skills and good written/oral English.
- Ability to read, understand and follow written instructions.
- Team‑oriented attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
