About the role

Join the Conrad Dublin, a 5‑star Hilton Luxury hotel, as a Food and Beverage Assistant. You will support the F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service and events, delivering high‑quality service to guests during the PM shift.

Key responsibilities

• Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service and events.
• Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately.
• Set and arrange tables, fold napkins, clean and place tableware for dining and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
