About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service operations at the property. You will ensure guest and employee satisfaction, maintain high standards, and achieve financial targets while complying with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, monitor and manage budgets, cost‑control indices and financial plans for all F&B departments.
- Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team, handling day‑to‑day operations and stepping in for staff as needed.
- Maintain exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest concerns and upholding the brand’s service culture.
- Implement and enforce food and beverage laws, health and safety regulations.
- Create and execute business plans that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary or related fields, OR
- A 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
