Forensic Accounting Manager – Deals & Investigations

About the role

PwC Ireland is seeking a Forensic Accounting Manager to join its Deals – Forensic Services team in Dublin or Cork. You will work at the intersection of forensic accounting, data analytics, audit and strategy, supporting high‑profile commercial disputes and investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex forensic engagements, including damages quantification, forensic reviews and investigations.
• Analyse and interpret large volumes of financial and documentary evidence to identify key issues and support case strategy.
• Prepare high‑quality factual and expert reports for client and legal use.
• Collaborate with internal legal, Deals, and Forensic Technology teams to provide integrated advisory services.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to practice growth and market presence.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with several years of experience in forensic accounting or related audit work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior‑level client engagements and lead junior staff.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in commercial dispute contexts.
