Forward Deployed Engineer II – French & German

About the role

Google Cloud is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer II to embed with strategic customers and deliver production‑grade generative AI solutions. You will act as both an architect and a hands‑on builder, turning cutting‑edge models into reliable, enterprise‑ready services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship custom agentic AI solutions directly within customer environments.
• Resolve integration, data readiness, and state‑management challenges that block AI adoption at scale.
• Provide white‑glove deployment support for complex multi‑agent systems.
• Gather field feedback and translate it into product requirements for Google Cloud’s roadmap.
• Collaborate with DeepMind researchers and Vertex AI teams to leverage frontier Gemini models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of professional software development experience, preferably in Python.
• Experience with Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, generative AI agents, and DevOps practices.
• Fluency in French, German, or other European languages.
