FP&A Analyst – Hedge Fund (Dublin)

About the role

A leading global investment manager is expanding its Finance team with a commercial, forward‑looking FP&A Analyst position. The role sits at the heart of the finance function, offering direct visibility to senior leadership and involvement in strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain monthly financial dashboards for senior management.
• Analyse revenue, cost drivers and KPIs to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
• Build financial models to support product expansion and growth decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Risk, Strategy and HR on firm‑wide projects.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial reporting support as required.

Required profile

• 4+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with VBA/macros (a plus).
