FP&A Controller

About the role

The Finance Department is seeking an experienced FP&A Controller to lead the consolidation and reporting of Wexford supply‑point financials. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, ensuring accurate and timely actuals and forecasts across profit & loss, balance sheet and free cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and produce P&L, balance sheet and free cash flow reports for the Wexford site.
• Manage the central reporting package Magnitude and ensure its accuracy for external stakeholders.
• Support the Industrial Cost Controller by providing FTE cost inputs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the Tagetik platform, coordinating with central IT for monthly close processes.
• Lead free cash flow forecasting, collaborating with Supply Chain, Tax, Treasury and inter‑company partners.
• Represent the Head of Finance during periods of absence.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA preferred).
• 5‑10 years post‑qualification experience, including 2‑5 years of cash forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver practical solutions.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern integrated ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in PowerBI.
• Experience using Tagetik for financial reporting.
• Familiarity with the Magnitude reporting package.
