FP&A Manager – Financial Services (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

This role sits within a high‑performing finance team of a leading financial services organisation operating in Ireland and the UK. You will be responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic business partnering while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts and reporting packs with key performance metrics.
• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.
• Collaborate with operational and support functions to manage costs, identify efficiencies and support commercial decisions.
• Provide detailed commentary and variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and prior year performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, presenting financial information to leadership teams and board members.
• Assist project managers with business cases, investment appraisals and tracking spend against expected returns.
• Monitor business expenditure, identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive performance improvements.
• Support investor reporting requirements and liaise with key stakeholders on financial reporting matters.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 5+ years’ post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in FP&A, management reporting or commercial finance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is a plus.
