Franchise Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Primark is looking for a Franchise Supply Chain Manager to act as the central hub between our supply chain, franchise teams and external partners. You will ensure seamless product movement from production to franchise markets worldwide while supporting new franchise market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between Supply Chain, Franchise teams and external partners to resolve issues and drive collaboration.
• Manage import compliance, HS classification and regulatory requirements for franchise market entry across multiple territories.
• Lead onboarding of new franchise partners, establishing scalable and efficient supply‑chain processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, forecasting and origin compliance to guarantee smooth product flow.
• Identify and implement automation, digitisation and process‑streamlining opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to manage stock movements, resolve queries and ensure timely deliveries.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related field, with a degree‑level qualification.
• Strong knowledge of global logistics, import regulations and supply‑chain compliance (franchise experience is a plus).
• Ability to interpret complex legislation and translate it into practical business processes.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills with the capacity to build relationships and influence internal and external partners.
