Freelance IAM Consultant & AI Trainer (8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to join 10x Team as a freelance IAM Consultant and AI Trainer. You will work 8‑20 hours per week, remotely from anywhere in the EU or UK, helping to shape AI models that understand and apply IAM best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks.
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI‑driven recommendations on access management, role‑based access control, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop real‑world case studies and scenario variations covering identity lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify gaps or risks in AI recommendations and provide structured, actionable feedback.
• Influence how AI systems interpret IAM standards and security best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IAM consultant or similar role.
• Based in the EU or United Kingdom.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Available 8‑20 hours per week and comfortable working asynchronously.
