About the role

Join an established Dublin freight forwarding leader and take full ownership of complex, end‑to‑end international shipping operations. This role moves beyond simple file management to strategic coordination of multimodal transport.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multimodal transport (air, ocean, road) from origin to destination.
• Coordinate with global agents and carriers to streamline supply chains.
• Ensure precise Irish and EU customs compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide proactive, high‑touch customer service to key clients.
• Manage job costing, billing, and profit margins for your portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of freight forwarding experience in Ireland.
• Experience with CargoWise, MultiFreight, or equivalent logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of global trade and multimodal logistics.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
