About the role

We are seeking a Freight Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end international shipping operations for our Dublin‑based freight forwarding business. The role involves overseeing multimodal transport, ensuring customs compliance, and delivering high‑touch service to key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multimodal transport (air, ocean, road) from origin to destination.
• Coordinate with global agents and carriers to streamline supply chains.
• Ensure accurate Irish and EU customs compliance and documentation.
• Provide proactive, high‑touch customer service to key clients.
• Manage job costing, billing, and profit margins for your portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding experience in Ireland.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Experience with CargoWise, MultiFreight, or equivalent freight forwarding software.
• Strong knowledge of global trade and multimodal logistics.
