About the role
This position resolves customer inquiries related to billing, conducts basic research, and uses sound judgment to determine appropriate actions. It serves both external and internal customers and prepares billing adjustments as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and answer billing questions from customers.
- Prepare and process billing adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Required profile
- Advanced or fluent French language proficiency.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and good judgment.
- Ability to work onsite for the initial 8‑week training period.
