French‑Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Dublin team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, handling billing enquiries and providing a high standard of support across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Handle inbound billing questions in both French and English, investigating discrepancies, credit notes and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, shipping and other internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to deliver informed assistance.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage difficult or irate customers.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively.
• Team‑oriented mindset and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to log and track customer interactions.
