About the role

Join Conrad Dublin, a 5‑star Hilton Luxury hotel, as a Receptionist and be the first point of contact for our guests. You will deliver seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences while upholding the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and communicate feedback to the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors.
  • Perform nightly audits, manage cash, foreign currency, and credit card transactions in line with hotel policies.
  • Promote hotel services and facilities through up‑selling techniques to maximize occupancy.
  • Maintain knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Adhere to security, fire safety, and health regulations.
  • Assist other departments as needed and support training initiatives for the night team.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a customer‑focused environment, preferably hospitality.
  • Completed high school certificate or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent grooming standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

  • Competent level of IT proficiency, including use of property management systems.
