Front of House – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a Front of House professional to join our prestigious five‑star venue in Dublin City. The role ensures a seamless visitor experience and supports the high‑quality cleaning and facilities operation, working closely with security, cleaning and other onsite teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage visitor sign‑in, badging, luggage handling, lost‑property and deliveries.
• Answer telephone, email and front‑of‑house enquiries and greet visitors, candidates, contractors and the public.
• Maintain meeting rooms and event spaces to the highest presentation standards and set them up according to health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Monitor room environments, equipment, consumables and update room‑booking systems, Outlook calendars and SharePoint scheduling tools.
• Provide information on local amenities and coordinate with security, cleaning and facilities teams for meetings and events.
• Support workplace audits, site inspections, help‑desk requests, mail and courier services and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, concierge, front‑of‑house or hospitality customer service.
• Experience in a corporate environment is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for calendar and booking management.
• Experience using SharePoint for scheduling and information sharing.
