Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑office operations, including check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Handle guest enquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure brand standards are met.
• Process payments and settle guest bills accurately.
• Coordinate room allocations for large tours and groups.
• Take reservation calls when required and support the booking team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front‑office or reception role.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
