Frontend Developer - Javascript (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Frontend Developer to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to high‑performance web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise frontend components using JavaScript, React and related libraries.
• Build and maintain backend services with Node.js and Express to expose RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, modular, well‑documented code following industry best practices.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications.

Required profile

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with React.
• Hands‑on experience developing backend APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Familiarity with state‑management solutions such as Redux or the Context API.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design principles.
• Comfort working in a remote, distributed team environment.
