Full Stack Engineer – Client‑Facing Onboarding Portal

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a fast‑growing Dublin‑based company. Working directly with the Chief Data Officer, you will help build a new engineering team from the ground up and deliver a client‑facing onboarding portal.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a full‑stack onboarding portal, covering front‑end, back‑end, and integrations.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and evolve the technology stack from Power Platform toward modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Contribute AI concepts and roadmap ideas, providing input on agentic AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.

• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and proactively proposes ideas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership.

Required skills

• Solid full‑stack experience with front‑end, back‑end, and API development.
• Strong JavaScript proficiency.
• Microsoft ecosystem expertise: Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure.
• C#/.NET development experience.
• Familiarity with React, Node.js, Microsoft Fabric, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Automate, Blazor, ASP.NET.
• Active GitHub profile demonstrating code contributions.
