Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Daisy is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale its forecasting platform for food processors. You will work across research, product, and operations teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high‑performing services that power predictive analytics worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that support the core product.
• Build and operate infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools to enable fast and safe deployments.
• Shape data models and storage solutions that can scale from early adopters to multi‑tenant environments.
• Contribute to frontend features when it accelerates delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high reliability and observability of production systems.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Java or JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with a major cloud provider (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure/OCI acceptable).
• Solid understanding of relational databases.
• Passion for infrastructure and automation work such as CI/CD and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Ability to make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
